‘EZY Consult – HR’ is an initiative taken by our team with an aim to connect right skill sets & attitude with the startup requirements. We do cater to regular hiring requirements in all industry sectors.

Worked extensively with IT services & product companies before taking up consulting ‘full time’. My roles & responsibilities were mostly into corporate marketing function of big IT companies like Infosys, HCL Technologies, CSS Corp. At a macro level, handled strategic marketing initiatives for established Business Units apart from leading the marketing & sales enablement team. Analyst/Influencer relations, Thought leadership connect & campaigns, Strategic partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions, new market penetration planning and global product launches were some of the key elements of my profile. In the last few years, worked with interesting & innovative companies as a consultant. I worked with startups/founders and SMB’s, designing & developing their go to market strategy & product positioning. Helping companies with the complete cycle of ‘Fund raising’ is another area of my expertise.

HealthTech has been one of the key domain focus. Has wide exposure and experience in global healthcare market. Worked with multiple companies & their founders helping with overall strategy & marketing of the product/solution. Designed Healthcare technology RFP’s for government projects. I am also a panelist at Mckinsey & Company – In simple terms, I contribute to their research papers (relevant to my expertise) with inputs/opinions before they get published.
